Terms and conditions

  1. The item submitted for Testing must be in proper working condition.
  2. Testing charges are to be paid in advance.
  3. Packing, Loading, insurance and transportation charges shall be borne by the customer
  4. Every care will be taken care during handling, however ATF is not liable for any damage during receipt or thereafter.
  5. If any special fixtures need to be arranged, cost for fabrication of fixtures will be added extra
  6. All Information about the details of testing and calibration will be kept confidential.

Declaration

I hereby agree that all information in relation to the Acoustic Test Facility (ATF) of National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), whether it was gained by myself prior to, during or after the Calibration / Testing/ Facility usage, will be treated by myself as confidential information and will not be reproduced or disclosed to any person or organization.
