Presentation Guideline
General Instruction
- Please check the program and be sure to be in the room for your presentation at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- Notify the chairman or the assistant when you come in to the meeting room.
- You will have 20 minutes for presentation and discussions.
- A video projector will be used for presentation. You can use your computer or PC available for presentation.
- Each presentation room will be provided with an LCD projector and presentation computer.
- The speaker is advised to bring a power cable for presentation (AC 250V, 50Hz) if speaker proposes to use his laptop.
- If the video connector of the speaker's PC is not a VGA Connector, he/she should bring an adapter.
- Speakers are advised to come in at least 10 minutes before the session starts and check the connection/projection.
- Speakers presenting in the afternoon are to come in during the lunch break and check the connection/projection.
