Poster Guideline
Preparing Your Poster Presentation
The poster should be configured for presentation on an A0 size (Landscape) poster board. Push pins will be provided. Title lettering should be 25 mm (approx. 1 inch) tall, with author names and affiliations underneath using 20 mm (approx. 3/4 inch) lettering. Please do not use fonts smaller than 28 pt Times New Roman.
Set-up and Removal- Posters are to be presented near Manthan Hall. The room and poster boards will be available for you to set up on Sunday, 22nd February 2015.
- Posters are to remain in place until 15.00 on Wednesday 25th February 2015.
- Organizers will not place, store or send back posters for authors who cannot come to claim the poster. If for some inevitable reasons that you cannot come and collect your poster, please ask your colleague to collect it for you.
- Tuesday, 24th February 2015, 11.00 to 11.30 & 13.30 to 14.30 hrs will be the Poster Core Time.
- During the Poster Core Time, authors are expected to stand by his/her poster to discuss the work with audience.
The best student paper award will be presented at Valedictory function on 25th February 2015.
